Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your item. To eligibility for a return, your item must be in its original, pristine condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info.opallumina@gmail.com. Please note that all authorized returns must be sent to the following address:
7 Divich Ave, Te Atatu South, Auckland, New Zealand 0610. 

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

To maintain the integrity of our bespoke craftsmanship, certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes custom products, special orders, or personalized items—such as custom-made jewelry, 2D/3D photo printing on precious metals, and loose stones that have already been set or mounted into jewelry. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 

Please review your order carefully before finalizing, as all sales on custom and personalized pieces are final. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item, please get in touch with us at info.opallumina@gmail.com before purchasing.



Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact our support team at info.opallumina@gmail.com so we can assist you.
